this board is shown in LM4917 Datasheet  on page 15.

You also mentioned a Gerber repository, is it possible to have a link?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide a link to our gerbers repository.

The LM4917 TSSOP Demo Board Artwork gerbers are obsolete and they are not in our internal gerber list.

In case you have another solution that you are interested in, please let me know. We will be glad to contribute with you in your projects.
