We used TI TPA3113D2 for a project. Last time, we produced several thousand pieces of TPA3113D2, and five pieces of them were defective.
After this batch of goods arrived at the scene, it was found that there were three sets of equipment, the sound of two sets was sometimes absent, and the sound of the other set was completely silent.I put the third one in my hands to test, and found that it was in fact on and off.
When there is no sound, the test power supply and input of the left and right sound channels are normal, (I use 1kHz sine wave wav file test, oscilloscope is easy to see).
I removed the chip and checked the welding. There is no problem.Below is the relevant circuit, please help me to see if there is any problem.The PVCC is 12V and the load is 8 ohm /5W dual-channel speaker.；
I measured the peripheral signal, and it turned out to be shutdown.
When will pin2 output 0V ??? Would you please give me the test advice on what could cause this problem. I need to submit the problem report to the end customer.
