TPA6110A2: Monaural Usage

Dear, Sir.

My customer would like to use TPA6110A2 under monaural sound.

They will use IN2-(pin 4) & VO2(pin 5), BYPASS(pin 1).

1. Is it possible this kind of usage on TPA6110A2?

2 .If possible, VO1(pin 7) & IN-(pin 8) are not used.

Please advice the connection of non-used pins.

Hi Sakai-san,

This is a possible use for this device.
The unused input must be AC coupled to GND, and you should keep Ri and Rf on the unused channel.
There is an EVM available if you want to perform some further testing on the device: www.ti.com/.../

2. I wonder Unused-side Ci/Ri/Rf must be set same values as Used-side?

The proposed schematic looks correct.
Yes, unused channel can use the same external component values as used channel.
