The drivers that have currently been upstreamed into the community may be a little more fresh than the one on ti.com. Here's a link to an upstreamed driver:

AIC33,AIC3101,AIC3104,AIC3107: sound/soc/codecs/tlv320aic3x.c

If the driver doesn't match their implementation they'll be responsible for updating the base driver we've provided.
