TPA2010D1: Schematic review

Part Number: TPA2010D1

Hi Sirs,

Sorry to bother you.

Could you help review our schematic as below?

Any suggestion are welcome. Thanks!!

Schematic:

  • Hi LIN,

After review of your schematic, it looks good. It is following overall recommendations.
I'll just add some comments that could be considered:

    • If you ever consider to remove the output filter, remove both ferrites and capacitors. Do not place the output capacitors with 0ohm resistors instead of ferrites.
    • If you need more supply decoupling (if supply voltage is noisy) you can use a small capacitor along with a big capacitor, eg. 0.22uF and 10uF.
    • As mentioned in the layout example, place the decoupling capacitors as close as possible to the IC.
    • PVDD and DVDD pins are connected to the same voltage, and PVDD is in the center of the package so it is connected to VDD and then out of the device footprint. The same decoupling capacitors can be used for both pins, as shown in the EVM user's guide and data sheet.

  • Hi Sirs,

    Thanks for your reply.

Based on your suggestion we have update our schematic as below

Because have the space concern so we couldn't setting large value CAP.

We put five MLCC on  PWR side first.
So could you help double confirm have any suggestion for our design?

    Thanks!!
