I use LM4871 to drive a earphone, but after the earphone is plugged in, the earphone is very hot. Why? below is the schematic.

Thank you for providing the LM4871 schematic portion.
Could you provide details about the earphone that you are using? Is the LM4871 hot when the earphone is not used?
Could you try removing the D36 and D37 components and check if the issue persists?

I removed the D36 and D37 the earphone still is hot.
but I remove the output capacitor (10uF), the earphone is Ok. I will check why.
