Hi, Kevin,
The schematic is correct. However, the component values in the schematic will reach more than 3W in this case. For a 4ohms load, you will reach around 5.4-6.7W. Please take a look at the electrical characteristics section below for details (the section 6.5 contains the parameters under the same conditions of the schematic that you attached).

If you are looking for a lower output power level, I would recommend to replace the resistors R1393 and R1394 for 10K resistors. These resistors will result in a unity gain (Av = 1) instead of the double (Av = 2). The output power will be then 2.7W to 3.35W.
