    Hello Wenhsiang,  

    I am not able to find any additional information on the SC5020B, so we are unable to assess a suitable replacement.  Also, have not received a response from you.  Please advise if/when you have additional information.  One suggestion, if you could provide a block diagram of the circuit in design, rather than a request for a replacement, we may be able to provide a recommendation for the design.
