The TPA3255 datasheet doesn't seem to endorse nor warn against using the reset line of the tpa3255 as a power saving standby or 'shutdown' control. My application is power sensitive and as a result i have been testing the use of holding the reset line low as a standby mechanism while not doing playback.
Is there any reason why this might be a bad idea in the long run?
