Thank you for your post. If I narrow down our portfolio to 36V quad-channel precision amplifiers offered in a PDIP, we only have 9 parts:

OPA4277
OPA4131
LT1014D

OPA4241

If you like the performance of the OPA1604 but simply need another package for your board, take a look at our DIP-ADAPTER-EVM. You can solder a OPA1604 to it and make it a DIP package: http://www.ti.com/tool/DIP-ADAPTER-EVM
