OPA1671: Microphone Pre-Amplifier Design

Hello,

I have a few questions regarding microphone pre-amp design using the OPA1671.

• Is there a reference design for both single-ended or differential-ended output?
• With a differential ended input, is a microphone bias on +/- needed?
• Can this use the same digital power and ground with other digital circuitry?
• If an analog ground is needed, can it be done with a ferite connection to digital ground?

Additionally, any reference designs on microphone detection?
