TAS2505EVM: Open Source Eagle Schematic and Board Files

Hello,

We are developing a product for a client and we just successfully demo'd a proof-of-concept prototype for them using the TAS2505EVM.

Our next step is designing a custom PCB using the TAS2505EVM as reference.

We plan to finish a Beta prototype by Summer of 2020 and order 1,000+ units in 2021.

Do you have open-source Eagle schematic and board files you could give us to accelerate our development?

Hello Fedor,

The TAS2505Q1 EVM is a TI Design (TIDA-01529) and has available gerbers, schematics, etc.

The TI Design implements a variety of diagnostics and input interfaces that you would have to optimize to fit your design but I will believe it will be a good starting point.

The design files can be found in the TIDA linked above and here, and the CAD files are also located there.

Hey Carolina,

I was able to find the files and download, thank you for pointing me in the right direction!

However, the files are in Altium format. We are using Eagle to develop. I know Eagle can import Altium files, but it doesn't always work 100%. Are these files available in Eagle format?
