    It seems can not be sent to the mail address.

    > Returned Message to mailing list: mpaa_apps
    > The message you sent to the mailing list 'mpaa_apps', with the subject line:
    > [EXTERNAL] TAS5717: about Dynamic Range Control (DRC) (parameter settings, etc..)
    > was not sent to the list subscribers because you do not have permission to send messages to this mailing list.
