I ask about whether there is specification difference regarding noise between 128fs and 256fs regarding PCM1754 on this E2E.
I'd like to same point with PCM1681.
PCM1754 is fixed oversampling DAC but PCM1681 is automatically controlled oversampling rate device.
Is there any difference regarding noise specification between 128fs and 256fs?

The main impact of the different SCK frequencies is the resulting oversample rate:
The oversampling rate determines the frequency were the out-of-band noise begins to increase. If you implement an output filter that removes the out-of-band noise, then it is possible that there will no discernable difference between the SCK frequencies.
We do not show the curves for the PCM1681 device, but the PCM1742 is a similar architecture.
Note that the 128x oversampling forces the out-of-band noise to about 1×fS.
