Dear all, Please help me.

I make TAS5630 PCB. It good sound. After 3 hours of checked sound.

It have 4ohm speaker.

I have not turned off the power.

I don't give input, Only have white noise.

The next morning I checking sound 30minutes. But IC have permanently damaged.

One IC BST_D short to GND(30 ohm) and GVDD short to GND.(30 ohm).

Another IC OUT_C short to GND(120 ohm).

I don't know cause.

Hi,

Just before the device got damaged, is it outputting full power? What's the PVDD voltage?

Yes, It have full power.

PVDD voltage.

No load 51Vdc,

Load : 42Vdc.

Hi,

The most common reason for power stage damage is the voltage spike on switching node caused by parasitic loop inductance, especially when there is heavy loading.
