TAS5756M: Dual TAS5756M Noise, weird problem

Part Number: TAS5756M
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS54341

Hello,

I'm facing an extrange problem using a dual TAS5756 Configuration.

Both are in dual stereo configuration no make it easier, both connected to same I2S signals, same clock, etc. One of them works just as expected, but the other has some noise in the backaground that is very audible when voltage is higher than 12V, and horrible when using 24V.

Capacitors from DAC pin to SPK pin are getting so hot, but the strange thing is that it happens on both of the TAS5756M. Why one works well and the other one not? Tested 4 boards and same behaviour.

Using TPSA8801 to convert 5V to 3.3V in dual rails for analog and digital. Also TPS54341 to convert 24V to 5V. Tested with external Lab Agilent PSUs for 24V and 3.3V and still the same.

Noise disappears when I2S signals is not applied, but when applied noise is always there, with volume afrom 0 to 100%.

I will be glad to send schematics via DM in order to solve this problem.
