The datasheet shows VDD <= 12V, the minimum RL is 3.2ohm.
If my spec is 5V/2.7ohm/4.5W. Do you think it's ok for TPA3136D2? Thanks!

The reason we put a minimum impedance in the datasheet is to minimize the device reaching overcurrent shutdown. So while I can't officially guarantee device performance when using an impedance that's lower than what we specify in the datasheet, you can run the device with a lower impedance as long as you design your system to avoid hitting overcurrent.
Based on my calculations, your system should avoid hitting overcurrent, but you will need to verify this in your system to ensure this.
