I don't find any radiation information about TPS75003-EP, only latch-up, can you please advise?

    Shlomi,

    It is my understanding that not all Enhanced Products (-EP) perform measurements to collect data on the effects of Radiation. The TPS75003-EP is an enhance product that has undergone additional testing for latch-up, Extended Biased HAST, extended temperature range, and other criteria, but radiation testing has not been performed.

    The document TPS75003MRHLREP Reliability Report falls under the category of "Radiation and Reliability Reports" but the name simply states that this is a Reliability Report.

    "Radiation and Reliability Reports" is a document type. It could be one or multiple documents on different topics.

    Space Products (-SP), on the hand, always provide a Radiation Report (see LMH5401-SP as an example).
