My customer is using TAS5727, and they wonder what's the maximum output power? And what's the test condition? They are confused by the datasheet. Thanks.

    Hi Minqi,

    Normally we talk about maximum output power under specific conditions, as it is determined by many factors (output configuration, THD level, power supply and load resistance). That's why you see a lot of different specs in the datasheet.

    70W here means the maximum allowed output power under all possible circuit conditions (for example, PVDD=25V, RL=8ohm). We recommend customer to select the spec which is under similar conditions with their application. Thanks
