Please refer the schematic and data sheet of bead and inductance.
Because the design is related from our old project.
There are two PCB board including main board and speaker board and use FPC to connect.

After review the schematic looks good.
It would be best if you could connect sense pins directly to the speaker. If not, the IR drops from the output filter will not be taken into account ant this could affect the IV-sense accuracy.
Regarding the boost inductor, please make sure to at least keep it as described in table 128 from data sheet.
