I design a amplifier with filter for preamplifier.
Id like to see the bode plot, but it is only possible when the input is only signle.
I attached my TINA-TI file. please calculate the bode plot from 20Hz to 22000Hz

You can change the filter circuit such that one input generator can be configured to provide a differential output by using two voltage-controlled, voltage sources (VCVS) as seen in the circuit below. The Bode plot is shown with your circuit as an example of the simulated filter response.
I have modified your OPA1652 TINA file to use this dual VCVS configuration and the new .TSC file is attached.
