TPA6120A2: Help with previous post by Ivan Salazar

Part Number: TPA6120A2

In a recent post, Ivan Salazar kindly said:

"Hi Christopher,

The signals shown in your capture look correct for a differential signal.

How is your connection to the load? Are you connecting the output of one channel to one side of the load and the other channel to the other side as suggested in one of my diagrams from previous posts?"

As I am anxious after several weeks, to get an increased signal to my prototype rig, and I realise that Ivan is not always available to answer my queries, is it possible for someone else if not Ivan, can please confirm that in Ivan's layout appended below, his intention is that the positive feed from say the right channel becomes the positive feed to the new Mono connection and the positive connection from the left channel, in effect, becomes my negative or ground terminal for the new mono circuit. The ground connection to the two original stereo signals to be left unconnected?

I would be most sincerely grateful, to any help please to enable me to move on.

Thank you so much.

Christopher J James

PS I will also append below my differential signal as sent to Ivan.
