TAS2770EVM: Pure Path Console system diagnostics failing?

Team,

I am using the TAS2770EVM for my testing. I installed the PPC 3 and could successfully connect to the EVM, however the system diagnostics tests are failing and I wanted to request your help with this.

See screenshot below:

I am wondering if PPC3 software is compatible with this EVM as I can only see TAS2557 listed under the EVM apps and not TAS2770. Please advise if something is not correct with this?

I am also not able to playback audio with the below settings. The default selected is audio TI USB Audio UAC2.0 .See screenshot below.

Hi Julio,

TAS2557 and TAS2770 have each its own PPC3 app. You should request access to the TAS2770 app from the product folder.

Please try with TAS2770 and let us know if you still have problems.

Hi Ivan,

Thanks, i will confirm with the engineer if he downloaded the module directly from the product folder.

Julio,

PPC3 was downloaded correctly, what I mean is customer should request access for TAS2770 app, which will be installed within PPC3 like they did for TAS2557.
