PCM3003: Please share IBIS model for PCM3003E

Hello,

There is not an available IBIS Model for the PCM3003.  There is one for the PCM3008 which was from a similar time period and can be used a good baseline for how the PCM3003 digital interface will operate.

Note that while these devices are still available and will not go obsolete, they are a little older and there may be a newer device, like the TLV320AIC3104 that is also Stereo in/out.
