TPA3245: Switching between BTL and PBTL mode.

Part Number: TPA3245
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA1612,

I'm planning to connect my DAC through OPA1612 and to TPA3245 like the attached schematic.

And I want to switch between Stereo BTL and PBTL mode without using physical jumpers. Changing M1/M2 Pin state is not hard, but I'm trying to figure out ways to pull INPUT C and D to ground.

Only way that I could think of is using NMOS, but I'm worried about noise and leakage that could happen.

Is there any other recommended ways of connecting INPUT C and D during PBTL operation?
