Unfortunately no,  there is an issue with updating the EEPROM when using PPS.  if you'd like to update the firmware, please use the GUI instead.

Thanks for the reply. Due to some reasons, I have to use PurePath for my design.

How about Win7 system? Could I use WinXP virtual machine on Win10 system to program EEPROM? All I need to do is to download and run my design on the EVM, is there any ways to do that?

You can still use Purepath for everything else... you just need the GUI to change the EEPROM firmware. 

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding you... Is the issue that the AIC3254 is set up for the wrong sampling rate? and you want to change the EEPROM firmware so the USB audio processor runs at a different rate?   Or what exactly is the problem?

The problem is I can't download .cfg to the EVM using PPS. I am not sure whether I successfully updated the firmware, because the CS seems working correctly and LED D2 on the board is on. Not sure about the problem.
