TPA2016D2EVM: how to get the TPA2016D2 EVM GUI software?

Hi, Team

Customer receive our TPA2016D2 EVM, and they prefer to testing the performance of that. From our EVM user guide, it should be have a software "

TPA2016D2 Interface", after install that, we can test our EVM. The software install file "setup.exe" should be including in the EVM with a CD disk. But customer feedback they didn't have the CD when receive the EVM, they just receive the EVM board. Could u check how to get the setup file for the software?
