LME49600: Usage of single power supply

Hi,

Is my understanding correct that LME49600 can support not only the dual power supply but also the single power supply?
If yes, it seems that "LME49600 TINA-TI Reference Design" doesn't support the single power supply. So, could you please double-check it?

Hi, Kato-san,

The LME49600 cannot support single power supply. I couldn't find anything related to this in the datasheet. Do you see any mention on this on the datasheet? Could you point it out in order to clarify it, please?

Thank you for your response.

The example of "High Speed Positive and Negative Regulator" is mentioned on page 16 of LME49600 data sheet. So, this means that LM49600 can be used with the single power supply.
I believe that LM49600 doesn't have GND terminal and it is impossible to judge whether the negative voltage is supplied to V- terminal.
Could you please tell me your opinion?

Hi, Kato-san,

I have been searching for more information.

Unfortunately, the single-supply is not supported. As you may see in the operating ratings, the supply voltage is supported from +/- 2.25V to +/-18V. Any voltage below 2.25V is not supported. So, GND terminal cannot be connected to the negative voltage pin.

According to the figure 31, it seems that LME49600 can be used with the single power supply voltage. However, is my understanding correct that the figure 31 is a typo?
