    multi element integrated circuit means MCOs.(MCOs) is a combination of one or more monolithic, hybrid or multichip integrated circuits and at least one of the following elements: silicon-based sensors, actuators, oscillators, resonators or their components. Like integrated circuits, they are actually inseparable into a whole, as a component, through pins, leads, solder balls, bottom contacts, bumps or conduction voltages Point connection, assembly to printed circuit board (PCB) or other carrier.

    He need the information for the Customs Application.

    Understood. Then the answer is: this device is not a MCOs. there is only one die inside this device.
