TAS3251: Can't download TAS3251 software despite I should have been authorized to do

Hi,

I'm working on a project featuring TAS3251, thus I need software required for I2C configuration of DAC, AMP and DSP functionalities.
I already request access to "TAS3251-SW" and "PUREPATHCONSOLE", however only thing I receive was a mail communicating that my request was closed (not specifing if was accepted or rejected).
Logging in to my TI account at "TI Home > myTI account> mySecure Software" It looks like access to both was granted uoto 2023:

Clicking to the button "Access" on "TAS3251" will bring me to a confirmation page telling me that all will be available by downloading "PUREPATHCONSOLE".
Unfortunately aclicking button "Access" on "PUREPATHCONSOLE" land me toi an Error 404 page:

How can I download PUREPATHCONSOLE??

    Lorenzo,

    Yes, you are in the list for the Purepath Console and the Plugin. An email would have been sent to you to the address associated with your TI account.  Please look in your spam box for an email from Texas Instruments.  This will have the download instructions for the software.
