TAS5754MDCAEVM: Device found has no FWID

hello

I am connecting TAS5754MDCAEVM with PC through.

when I launch GUI PPC2，it always appears "Device found has no FWID, Connect as TAS5754M-56MDCAEVM".

what can I do to fix it?

Hello customer,

Please check:

Whether LOCK LED near the USB J2 in PPCMB is lighted;
Whether I2C communication is ok with scope waveform.

Please power down and power on and retry the connection.

Thanks very much for your help.

1. LOCK LED(blue) is lighted

2. I captered 2 part of I2C waveform :

3.Recycle the power cannot fix this issue.

Hello customer,

It seems that your sampling rate is not fast enough. Do you see a I2C ACK?
