HI team,

In datasheet, "The TPA2032D1 is a fully differential amplifier with differential inputs and outputs. The fully differential amplifier consists of a differential amplifier and a common-mode amplifier." So can you illustrate this word use a picture?

"The fully differential amplifier does not require a bypass capacitor. Any shift in the midsupply affects both positive and negative channels equally and cancels at the differential output." How to understand this word?

Hi, Naizeng,

Let me clarify your questions about the fully differential amplifier. The (not fully) differential amplifiers require of an external bypass capacitor like the TPA6211A1:

As you may see in the block diagram, the bypass capacitor is required in order to complete the bias circuit. This bias level is provided to the amplifier so the common-mode voltage can be set.

As you correctly mentioned, the fully differential amplifier contains a common-mode amplifier, which doesn't require the use of external bypass capacitors. The common-mode amplifier is capable to set the common-mode voltage (similar behavior of the bypass capacitor + bias circuit of the TPA6211A1).

How to set the corner frequency? Several Hz or hundreds of Hz?

Hi, Naizeng,

The corner frequency would depend of your audio requirements. In case you need of a better bass performance, you should set the corner frequency to several Hz. However, if your audio application can be relaxed (if it doesn't use low frequency content), you can set it to hundreds of Hz.
