OPA1692: Spurious results modeling OPA1692 in TINA-TI

Part Number: OPA1692
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA1641, , OPA1688

Hi,

I'm trying to model the open loop gain of a number of TI parts - OPA1641, OPA1688 and OPA1692.  I get results in line with the datasheet for OPA1641 and OPA1688 but, for OPA1692, the result is in error.

Here is the circuit I'm using:

Results for OPA1641 and OPA1688 are as follows:

All reasonable but for OPA1692, I get this:

All models were created in TINA by downloading the TINA model from the TI website and creating a new macro in TINA.

Is there something that I'm doing wrong or is it something with the model?

Kind regards,

AC
