My customer is asking about the thermal information of TPA2008D2PWP..

That is used to calculate the TC of the package but I cannot find the following information in the datasheet.

Would you mind help to provide these information?

Theta JC, top: 18.6
Theta JC, bottom: 3.5
Psi JT: 0.3
