TLV320DAC3120: TLV320DAC3120 no speaker output

Hi team,

I hope you could help us with this. Our customer is using the TLV320DAC3120, however, the Class-D driver is not powering up. In this IC, there is no speaker output voltage(spkp1,spkM2,spkp2,spkM2), but I2C AND I2S Communication is running fine. There is no voltage when giving the command register 37 and the 4th bit is not changing and it shows class-D drive powder down. The customer has checked with a multimeter, and It shows 0V and spkp1 with respect to ground is 2.5V.

Thank you for the information you provided.

I have some questions that could help us to analyze the problem:

- Could you provide the circuit schematic and entire registers configuration?

- Has the customer tested the HPOUT pin in order to see if he is correctly sending I2S data?

- Regarding the Class-D driver register 37 configuration, do you refer to bit D7 with 4th bit?
