Hello,
Just wanted to confirm with you that this part, TAS6424L-Q1 does work with 3.3ohm load also? Do you happen to have numbers for 3.3ohm load?
Thank you,
Gabriel Grigoras

Hi Gabriel,
Yes TAS6424L-Q1 does work with a 3.3ohm load. I don't believe we have any 3.3ohm data but you could take a look at the 2ohm data and 4ohm data and use it to get a rough idea of where 3.3ohms would give.

Hello Robert,
Thank you for your answer. We need to drive in our project: 2 x 80mm front IP speakers(3.3ohms) and 2 x 15cm rear door speakers(8ohms).
Can you, please, confirm, that TAS6424L-Q1 can drive this load?
Thank you very much and best regards,
Gabriel Grigoras
Hi Gabriel,
The TAS6424L-Q1 should have no issues driving larger loads. There's no maximum limit on the impedance only a minimum impedance of the load. There will be a decrease in how much power can be driven to an 8ohm load however.

Robert Clifton
