The θJa thermal spec depends of the device being used.
The θJa - M08A applies to the LM4861MX and LM4861M.
The θJa - N08E applies to the LM4861MX/NOPB and LM4861M/NOPB.

All version looks same package though, Why is there a difference in thermal resistance?

There are some differences on the ball finish and moisture sensitivity humidity that result in a different thermal resistance.
