Hi, Tadahiko-san,

The internal charge pump is limited to a maximum current of 400mA. The internal current limiter circuit protects it against higher current demand due to short circuit events. The charge pump output is actually the negative power circuit, whose maximum value is -5.5V.

Hi, Tadahiko-san,

Unfortunately, it is not recommended to provide external supplies as charge pump to this device. This practice may result in a device damage, so we don't suggest to use it externally.
