Hi, Dehua,
Welcome to E2E and thank you for your interest in our products!
Our team will take a look at this and will provide a reply as soon as possible.
In the meantime, could you provide details about the PPC3 configuration, jumpers settings and if there's a difference on the system versions from your colleague's computer and yours?
Thank you.
Best regards,
Luis Fernando Rodríguez S.
Hi Dehua,
Could you please share a picture of your EVM? I would like to verify all jumpers are setup correctly.
In addition, are you getting any error message from PPC3?
What do you mean by TI USA audio?

Hi Dehua,
Thanks for the picture, I see IRQ LED on, can you please check the flags from IRQ in Device Control panel?
In addition, I don't see the jumper at the address pin header, is it actually there?
Best regards,

Hi Ivan,
For the address pin, do you mean J13? I don't have a jumper for it, maybe that's the root cause.
For IQR flags, please see the screen shot.
Thanks

Hi Dehua,
Yes, I mean J13.
You need to use a jumper on this pin header to select an I2C address. Default selection should be 0x82. Please install a jumper at this position and try again.
Let me know if you face any further problems.
Best regards,

Hi Dehua,
I was looking for the IRQ capture but it seems it did not make it through.
Could you please re-upload it or send it directly to me over private message or email? ivan.salazar@ti.com

Hi Ms. Ivan,
I have solved it after restarting everything, the root cause is the missing jumper of J13.
Last time, it didn't work to add this jumper, while it works after restarting the computer.
I updated the case in the technical support, I thought it should be close here either.
Thank you and sorry for the misunderstanding.
Thanks
