aic3254 Noise Reduction problem

I am using PurePath Studio in order to utilize the miniDSP functionality of the AIC3254. So, i want to access the AIC3254’s miniDSP functions in my own systems.  
i have only EVM5505 board. (i have not 3254 EVM board).
Version of PurePath Studio SW is 4.80 ... 

I am  using evm5505 (it has 3254 audio codec) for noise reduction property of miniDSP. But, Im unable to hear a noise reduced signal. I changed the properties on pure path studio (threshold,attenuation etc.)  but there is no change on output signal. What should I do ?
The codec on my evm operates at 8khz sample rate in masterMode.

Finally, could somone send  a sample input audio file and result file of this test for this application ?
