TLV320AIC3254EVM-K: No input or output sound

unning it as an admin worked (the interface is complete now).

I don't understand and cannot find any way to record anything though. I looked in the GUI and tried using Audacity. The EvalBoard shows up in audacity (I can select it for both speaker and microphone), but there is no recording.

Are there any other Windows or EVM settings we need to configure?
