TPA3138D2: Sound cut-off phenomenon for MAX volume.

Dear Sir,

My customer is using PCM5100+TPA3138D2 as below structure.

Mobile -> PCM5100 -> TPA3138D2 -> 4ohm speaker.

When volume is maximum, The sound of AMP cut-off.

so we test as below

1. add diver resister for pin12 of AMP IC. but pop up noise happen.

2. the rated current of the 10uH inductor of Amp Output increase high. but Volume is higher so much.

could you please let me know any advise me better solution.
