TAS2563: Availability of QFN package and possibility of obtaining samples

Hi!

We are planning to use this part in one of our new designs, but during layout we now see that the QFN package would be a much better fit for us than the BGA - so we were wondering what the timeline is for the QFN part availability, and/or if it would be possible to obtain some samples of the QFN part earlier? For reference, we are now in layout phase so we are planning the production of 0 series in maybe 2-4 weeks.

Also if you could share QFN layout models that would be a great help - our current design uses the BGA package downloaded from your site but I can't seem to find the QFN package.

Hi Mats,

The QFN device will be available by the end of this month or early February.

Regarding the models, I noticed for some reason it has been taken down from CAD/CAE section of the product folder. I'll work on it so you can download from there.
