LM49450: LM49450 volume adjust pop noise

Usually the pop issues on these devices are related to the capacitor values. Could you share the customer schematic in order to provide recommendations about the passive components values?

 Please check the schematic as below. BTW, they pop is shown on volume adjustment not on power on/off. Customer said they follow LM49450evm circuit to design their schematic.

Is the customer having the pop issues in the speaker side or in the headphone side (or both)?

 They said they have pop issue at both speaker and headphone side.

Since the pop issues is located on both speaker and headphone sides, this should be related with a common block. I guess it could be related to the bypass capacitor. Could you try reducing the bypass capacitor value to 0.1uF?
