    Hi Shinji-san,

    The general guidance for the distribution (typ/min/max) of internal passive components that have not been precision trimmed for absolute values is a Guassian (normal) distribution with a 1-σ value of +/-5% and a 3-σ value of roughly +/-15%. We do not explicitly test for min/max impedance values but the same general distribution will apply.
