Part Number: TLV320AIC3262EVM-U

My EVM was corrupted after loading script files using Code Control GUI.

Currently device manager recognize the evm as TAS 1020A EVM. ( FYI ,USB IC body marking is TAS1020B)

Tried to go into DFU mode by shorting I2C bus and plug in USB.(It seems not successful)

Device manager recognize as unknown device.

Tried to re program using DFUTEST.exe, but failed to download DFUEE.bin

What could goes wrong with my EVM?

Appreciate your advice.

Is there any OS limitation for DFU mode ? Win10(64bit) system doesn't detect device in DFU mode.

Tried using old laptop with WinXP was successful with DFU mode. But failed at step 12(Detach was unsuccessful)..

I am not sure of any limitation in Win10. I will discuss with our team and get back to you.

Thx Diljith,

I managed to find old WinXP systems and able to go into DFU mode . Finally EVM was detected as DFU device and go though procedure as mentioned in the document.

We can close on DFU mode issue. Anyway, It will be great to know those OS limitation on such EVMs in the future.

Finally EVM is detected as USB Audio device.

But, I have the original issue come back again, showing "communication error" at Code Control application.
