TAS6422EQ1EVM: Not Receive PurePathConsole 3 download link

I bought 2 TAS6422EVMs from digikey.
I sincerely entered the "U.S. Government export approval" form you requested, but I haven't received any download emails from you in one week or so.

I contacted the customer center, but the final answer was received as follows.

Hello Kisu, We regret to inform you that your request has been denied by the concerned department, Unfortunately my hands are tied on this request and I can no longer do anything if that is their decision. If you think that you should have been approved, kindly log a new request in TI.com so that we may send the request again. However, there is no guarantee that this would be approved so I will now proceed on closing this case.
