Hi team,
Our important customer has requested the software over 1 week ago, but he haven't been granted today.
They has submit a ticket to TI support team, and the team said that they already asked the software team to send it again. But there are no update as well.
I have sent email to audio_software@ti.com, but there are no reply.
Please let me know how to get them granted to the software
