I already had requested, and installed, the PPC software. I didn't had the firmware.

Once downloaded, I can't find the way to upgrade the firmware. I looked in your support forums, and looked into the manual but I didn't found out.
Please tell me how to actually upgrade the firmware using the downloaded files.
