TAS2557: Determ Bl error

I am using PPC3 with LB2 connected to TAS2555YZEVM. I perform the hardware checks and do a speaker fit test. No problems. However when I run the speaker excursion test to determine Bl, I get a fit error. The displacement curve is not seen or displayed.
I have checked the excursion signal at the BNC connector with a scope and it looks fine. The EVM is not seeing signal.
We are glad that we were able to resolve this issue, and will now proceed to close this thread.

I am using the Keyence LK-H057 laser, set for 10V/mm. I can see the signal at the BNC connector. But I get this error message after running the test.
